About DeepPredict
DeepPredict is an interactive web server that integrates Porter6 and PaleAle6, two state-of-the-art deep learning models designed for protein structure prediction. Built on cutting-edge protein language models (PLMs) and eliminating the need for multiple sequence alignments (MSAs), DeepPredict provides fast, accurate, and computationally efficient predictions for protein secondary structure and relative solvent accessibility (RSA). What Does DeepPredict Offer?
- Porter6 predicts the secondary structure of proteins, determining whether each amino acid residue forms an alpha-helix, beta-sheet, or coil (Q3) and providing more detailed eight-state classifications (Q8).
- PaleAle6 predicts relative solvent accessibility (RSA), classifying residues as buried or exposed (2C), four discrete solvent exposure levels (4C), and providing a real-value estimate of solvent accessibility.

We provide an easy way to download and run Porter6 and PaleAle6, enabling you to perform protein secondary structure prediction and relative solvent accessibility (RSA) prediction on your own server or local machine. The software is compatible with Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems.
